AZWA HOLIDAY/ANNIVERSARY PARTY

Join us as we “Roar into our 20’s” with a Holiday and 20th Anniversary Celebration at the famous Arizona Biltmore Hotel.  This hotel was built in 1929 and hosted famous people all throughout it’s history and we thought it would be the perfect place for the party. We’ll be at the Biltmore Spire Bar outside and just for the night you’ll be hanging out at the AZWA Frequency Lounge.

THE INFO

• 20’s THEME:  You’re invited to dress to the 20’s theme or come as you are. Please be aware this event is outdoors so check the weather and dress accordingly.
• HOURS: The bar will be all ours from 6pm to 9pm. After that it will be open for the remainder of the night to everyone including hotel guests.
• EARLY BIRD: Get your ticket early!  Early bird pricing is $70 per person and closes 10/29. You’ll be put in a drawing for a complimentary hotel room at the Biltmore for the night of the event.  Drawing will take place once early bird ticket sales close and winner will be notified by 11/1.  Please ensure you provide accurate guest information for the drawing. Winner will receive one night stay at the Biltmore the night of the event 12/4 and will be responsible for incidentals, room service…etc.
• TICKETS: $80 per person. Last day to register for the event online is Monday, November 24th. Tickets available at the door at an increased price. (**We are giving back! AZWA Cost Per Person is over $150).
• ROOMS: We have a room block for discounted rooms. NOTE that this is high season in Arizona so be sure to grab your room early as they will run out! The discounted rate is only available to book through NOVEMBER 4th.

  • A one-night deposit is due at the time booking and reservations are cancellable up to 48 hours prior to arrival.  Should guests cancel within 2 days prior to arrival they forfeit one nights room/tax.  Purchaser is responsible for reviewing all reservation guidelines and cancellation policies.  AZWA will not be responsible for refunds or anything associated with hotel stays.

    • $45.00 resort fee
    • $14.00 historic preservation fee
    • $12.00 porterage fee
    • $3.00 housekeeping fee
    • Applicable taxes
    • Total: $419.79 per room, per night
