Join us as we “Roar into our 20’s” with a Holiday and 20th Anniversary Celebration at the famous Arizona Biltmore Hotel. This hotel was built in 1929 and hosted famous people all throughout it’s history and we thought it would be the perfect place for the party. We’ll be at the Biltmore Spire Bar outside..
THE INFO –
- 20’s THEME: You’re invited to dress to the 20’s theme or come as you are. Please be aware this event is outdoors so check the weather and dress accordingly. There are heaters and firepits throughout the bar area.
- HOURS: Check-in begins at 6pm. The bar will be all ours from 6pm to 9pm. After that it will be open for the remainder of the night to everyone including hotel guests. Drink prices after the party will be regular bar pricing.
- DRINKS: includes 2 tickets per person. TICKETS MUST BE USED AT THE BAR DURING THE EVENT. Additional tickets will be available for purchase during the event.
- FOOD: Sliders, bites, boards, and dessert will be served!
- DJ & PHOTOGRAPHER
- TICKETS: $75 per person. Last day to register for the event online is Tuesday, December 2nd. Tickets available at the door for $85 so get them early! (**We are giving back! AZWA Cost Per Person is over $150). We appreciate you buying in advance to help with confirming food counts!
- RAFFLE: will be on sale at the event. Amazing prizes! Raffle proceeds will benefit Down Syndrome Network. Please be generous!
