AZWA 2026 Golf Tournament

TOURNAMENT DAY IS  THURSDAY APRIL 2nd!! Happy Hour the evening before (4/1 at 4pm. Details below.) All are welcome to the happy hour. 

Tournament Raffle benefitting VET TIX.

Details for the tournament day:   

• Registration will be held in the clubhouse and begin at 8:15 am 
• Breakfast will be served during registration at the clubhouse
• Golf will begin with a Shotgun start at 10:00 am
• We will have our three hole contests on each course. Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin & Longest Putt
• The Backswing team will be there as well. One Pro golfer on each course. All raffle tickets purchased from Backswing will go into our raffle pot as well.
• Dinner will be served approximately at 4:00 pm (once play is complete) 
• Awards will be given at the end of play.

Talking Stick Golf Club requires traditional golf attire; collared shirts for men, collared or with sleeves for ladies, shorts mid-thigh in length (no denim allowed), and spike-less golf shoes.

There will be a table dedicated to player changes at registration manned by our President Jen Kelly. Please note any changes to the teams must be done with Jen or Karla directly.

If it’s necessary to make changes, you will need to get with Karla ASAP or at check-in. Please do not send a new player to check-in without the “host” of that foursome contacting Karla to make the change.

 Also, as in year’s past, there will be a no-host happy hour the night before. The Happy Hour  will be at the Blue Coyote Cantina in the Talking Stick Resort starting at 4:00 pm on Wednesday 4/1/2026.
